FIG TREE HOUSE
By using a sandstone feature tile and linear cladding at the front, the modern facade is softened. A grand timber front door welcomes you to this incredible property through an impressive set of front stairs.
Three meter high ceilings create a huge sense of space throughout the home while the warmth of the spotted gum flooring creates a hominess and warmth throughout the entire first floor. The kitchen is situated in the heart of the home and features a large marble countertop paired with custom shaker cabinetry. A light modern Hamptons kitchen is created with the use of navy cabinetry in the island bench and three nautical-style feature pendants.
Creating indoor/outdoor living was important to the owners, so the pool and outdoor entertaining areas were integrated into the home. An easy transition between inside and outside was made possible by installing custom glass sliding doors.

The understated powder room on the main floor reflects the approach taken throughtout the home which is elegance orientated towards family living. A perfectly curated selection of interior fittings and design elements were chosen for their durablilty and their form.
Adding interest to the powder room by using a 3d effect marble tile, this tile continues from the floor to ceiling to create a real statement. The continuation of the dark cabinetry create cohesion and flow throughout the downstairs level.
Natural light pours through the bay windows at the front of the home, creating an atmosphere of calm and ease. Lighting was carefully designed to take advantage of this abundant natural light.
Custom designed spotted gum internal staircase is centered through the house from the ground level up to the third level. The use of glass and a polished steel handrail allows the natural light from the top floor and window in the stairwell to spill over into the stairwell.
Again the thoughtful placement of windows and glass panels gives the home an incredible amount of natural light.
A great deal of attention was paid to selecting outdoor features to create an impressive outdoor area with a sense of airiness and an alfresco lounge. The pool which is a concrete pool custom designed for the space creates a resort like feel with the water feature and infinity edge waterfall.
